History of the Culture

Culture is the characteristics and knowledge of a particular group of people, encompassing language, religion, cuisine, social habits, music and arts. The word "culture" derives from a French term, which in turn derives from the Latin "colere," which means to tend to the earth and grow, or cultivation and nurture.

·         For example, I will expose some historical facts of our country:

The first Flag of Panama: The Panamanian flag was designed by Don Manuel Encarnación Amador Guerrero and was made by Doña María De La Ossa de Amador. White represents peace to make a homeland in the new nation; the blue color represents the conservative party; the color red, the liberal party.

The Flag, was devised in October 1903. Once, the making of the National Flag was achieved and its acceptance, on December 20, 1903, was formally called as the baptism of this national emblem.

  1. Exalt the people who have marked our lives, or dates that have also made it and with whom we have grown up is of the utmost importance. For me Ruben Blades is one of my favorite artists and with more international honors
